Games Presenter Team Manager

Introduction We are partnering with a leading global B2B solution provider to recruit a Bulgarian-speaking Games Presenter Team Manager for their gaming studios in this role you will be a key leadership figure responsible for fostering an inspiring team environment and ensuring that all presenters meet the highest operational standards. Responsibilities

Foster an inspiring and goal-oriented team environment aligned with company culture and performance metrics.
Ensure proper assessment coordination and facilitation of both new and existing staff members.
Monitor team performance and ensure full compliance with all operational standards and requirements.
Serve as a primary representative and maintain effective communication across various internal teams.
Collaborate closely with the Training and Development Lead and report directly to the Studio Manager.
Uphold professional relationships with all internal stakeholders while strictly maintaining company standards.
Actively contribute to the companys continuous growth and long-term success.

Requirements

Native or fluent proficiency in Bulgarian (C1 level) and fluency in English (B2 level).
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a relevant industry.
Strong business communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive mindset with a talent for building positive and engaging relationships.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced digital office environment.
