We are hiring a Head of Facilities Maintenance for a client based in Quezon City.
Work Setup: On-site Day Shift
Location: Global One Eastwood Avenue Libis Quezon City
Salary is up to 150000 based on experience
Non-negotiables
- Min 5 to 10 years Fof acilities Maintenance experience.
- Relevant multi-site experience in a Retail Fuel and/or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) type environment.
- Continuous improvement focused Trade background with engineering or building qualifications.
- Oversee a large store count of sites and a large volume of management
- Extensive Team Management experience in Facilities Maintenance / Repairs and Maintenance environment. Experience with general R&M / reactive maintenance
- Design implement manage and report on KPIs.
- Contract Management understand oversee and direct engagements with TP contractors.
- Strong computer skillsMS Office email and experience with CMMS (Required)
Preferred skills/expertise
- Ability to interpret pricing and quotations.
- Demonstrated team improvement capability.
- Experience in facilities management of retail fuel/service stations.
- Experience in multiple-site facilities/building maintenance.
- Previous exposure to the Petroleum and/or convenience retail industries.
- Competence in reading building plans.
- Technical knowledge of building and service station operations.
Your Role:
As the Head of Facilities Maintenance you will support the needs of the retail group and their service station
operators liaising closely with Retail Operations to ensure optimum facilities management services are delivered
across the national retail network.
You will:
- Implement and continuously improve a facility management service including ad hoc maintenance proactive and preventative maintenance and capital works across a national network of retail service stations and other UP assets including fuel systems.
- Manage service providers and contractors to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption to the retail network.
- Develop and propose planned maintenance programs that deliver a commercial and/or operational benefit to the business.
- Coordinate Fuel system and Signage/Branding maintenance.
- Maintain and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring all assets are accounted for and work orders are processed according to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that the delivery of on-site services is performed to OH&SE guidelines.
- Provide process and cost efficiencies and innovation in delivering technical solutions.
