What We Offer:
Mileage Pay Structure: (CPM Cents Per Mile)
- 61 Cents Per Mile
- All miles paid the same loaded or empty (Practical Miles on PC Miler)
Extra Pay & Bonuses:
- $15 for Ryder fuel stops over 100 gallons
- $10/week for using personal cell phone
- Inspection Bonus:
- $750 for 2 consecutive clean inspections
- $250 for each additional clean inspection (resets with a violation)
Additional Benefits & Perks:
- 95% No-Touch Freight Focus on driving!
- All Trailers are 53 Dry Van
- Ryder-Leased Late-Model Equipment (Including 2023 Units!)
- Company-paid showers (2 per week)
- 8 Paid Holidays ($250 per holiday after 45 days)
- Paid Vacation:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 2 years
- 3 weeks after 5 years
- Drivers living in certain corridors can do most resets at home!

What You Need to Qualify:
Class A CDL (Required)
1 Year of CDL A Driving Experience (Required)
Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements (in process or completed)
Manual Transmission Experience
