Details:

• Full-time 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Weekends are very rare
• $28.67 - $38.00/hour.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing various therapy treatments and documentation under direction of a Registered Physical Therapist within the home setting for home care clients with disease/disability on an intermittent basis in accordance with the plan of care. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current license to practice in Oklahoma.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Drivers License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift carry push and pull light to moderately heavy material supplies or patients (up to or >100 lbs.) for most of the shift
• Able to lift carry push and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule with some bending and stooping.
• Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.
• Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and complete the necessary work schedule.
• Able to work in latex-burdened environment.
