Job Summary

A rapidly growing groundwork and tarmacking contractor in Stafford is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to support their continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships generating new business and converting enquiries into longterm customers all from a busy officebased environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to take ownership of outbound prospecting and client engagement. Working closely with the senior team you will play a key role in developing new business strengthening existing accounts and contributing to the companys longterm commercial strategy.

As the Internal Sales Executive your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via phone and email.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into active customers.
Preparing quotes processing orders and supporting the wider sales function.
Maintaining an organised pipeline and ensuring the CRM is kept up to date.
Providing regular updates sales reports and market insights to senior management.

The Internal Sales Executive will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in internal sales telesales or customer account management within civils groundworks or construction is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A proactive selfmotivated approach with confidence in outbound prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.

You will be working Monday to Friday from the office in return youll receive a competitive salary up to 35000 with performancerelated bonuses ongoing training and the opportunity to play a key role in the companys continued expansion.
