Sales Director
Hybrid (London) Full-time
A premium design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale retail hospitality and direct-to-consumer channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy close strategic accounts and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.
What you will do

Own and execute sales strategy across all channels

Win and grow key wholesale retail and hospitality partnerships

Lead pricing proposals forecasting and pipeline management
- Work closely with supply chain and marketing to support sustainable growth

Represent the brand at key industry events and tastings
About you

5 years of experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role
- Proven success within FMCG food & beverage wellness or premium consumer brands

Strategic thinker with a hands-on founder-friendly mindset

Strong negotiator and relationship builder
