Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location:Batavia IL 60510
Shift:M-F 7am-4pm
Pay:$22.00-$25.00/ hour DOE
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Oil & Gas Industry experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
