As a Probes Lead Program Integrator (LPI) you are responsible for planning/execution of NPIs and other projects to support business development. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for NPI and other programs planning execution and delivery
- Working with cross functional team to deliver the programs on time on quality and meeting the needs of customer and fulfillment
- Working with the leadership team for the required resources material and budget planning
- Identifying and assessing program risks or issues develops contingency plans and tracks mitigation
- Establishing mechanisms to ensure good communication and execution among all team members
- Effectively communicating all aspects of project status to the program core team and the business team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
- 4 years experience in engineering or project leadership within a manufacturing development or research environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships including strong influential and communication skills good team player.
- Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction cycle and cross-functional interdependencies.
- Good problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements business demands and technical risks/issues
- Self-starter energizing results oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficiency in English Language
Desired Characteristics
- Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Demonstrated applied 6 Sigma competency
- Demonstrated experience with NPI ISO and regulatory compliance process design history file and collaterals are in place and current
- Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying facilitating and driving closure of a product/program
- Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion
- Knowledge of GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (MyWorkshop PPM)
- Knowledge on medical ultrasound products
