About the Role
We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic and flexible Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the milk manufacturing site in this role you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance as part of the factorys maintenance team. The roster is currently 5 days with rotating on-call weekends but as we grow production capability we may need to increase dedicated site coverage.
This is a full-time permanent position that requires the ability to work a flexible 24 hour roster including after-hours call-outs as needed.
Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- An Engineering Certificate III or equivalent training
- Forklift license
- Engineering and fault-finding skills
- A strong sense of urgency and can complete tasks in a timely manner
- A proactive and diligent attitude
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with packaging machinery
- Experience with machine installations
- An understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
- Food Manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
