We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for full lifecycle management of large-scale structured cabling and low-voltage projects in data center and mission-critical environments. This individual will lead project teams oversee financial performance strengthen client relationships and actively contribute to new business development.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead multiple large-scale copper and fiber projects from pre-construction through closeout
Define scope budgets schedules and resource plans
Manage RFIs change orders submittals and documentation
Oversee installation testing commissioning and turnover
Ensure compliance with BICSI EIA/TIA and data center standards
Monitor job cost performance and drive margin improvement
Produce complete closeout documentation including as-builts and test results
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture

Financial & Operational Oversight

Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
Oversee material procurement and subcontractor performance
Identify and mitigate project risks early

Client Relationship & Business Development

Maintain and grow relationships with data center operators GCs electrical contractors and end users
Participate in client meetings walk-throughs and proposal presentations
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Develop scopes estimates and proposals for new work
Support strategic growth initiatives within the region

This role is expected to actively contribute to expanding XS Telecoms customer base and revenue footprint.

Team Leadership

Mentor and develop Project Managers and field leaders
Provide guidance on company systems standards and best practices
Drive accountability communication and professional growth across teams

Qualifications

RCDD preferred or 10 years of experience managing structured cabling and low-voltage projects in data center environments
Proven experience leading large copper and fiber installations
Strong knowledge of BICSI standards EIA/TIA codes and mission-critical infrastructure
Experience estimating and writing detailed proposals
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated job cost control
Experience coordinating with GCs electrical trades and IT stakeholders
Proficient in Bluebeam BIM 360 Procore and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership negotiation and client-facing communication skills
