Job Description Summary

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join Enterprises Impact & Evaluation (I&E) department within the Solutions Division of Enterprise Community Partners. We are hiring two Program Managers to support our evaluation and impact assessment work. The I&E team conducts primary and secondary research and evaluation provides expert guidance that informs program development and implementation and measures the impact of Enterprises work.

Job Description


The Program Manager will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to human-centered evaluations that use participatory and mixed-methods approaches to explore program outcomes understand program effectiveness and identify lessons learned.

  • Serve as a thought partner for internal and external partners to help them apply an evaluative lens to all aspects of their workfrom program development to implementation to measuring and understanding impact.

  • Collaborate with colleagues who share a dedication to the mission of Enterprise and a commitment to equity curiosity and the potential of evaluation to effect meaningful systems change.

  • Work in an engaging environment where individual contributions to projects are valued and staff are able to develop and practice new skills through professional development and exposure to career-building opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the fulllife cycleof Enterprises evaluation andimpactassessmentprojects includingevaluation planning and research design data collection and analysis synthesis of analytical findings and presentation of actionable recommendations.

  • Contribute to project management activitiesincluding support of project budgeting developmentand implementation of projectwork plansmanagement of project workflowandmaintainingclientrelationships.

  • Incorporatethe principles and practices of participatory andequitableevaluationintothe design and implementation of evaluations and other research initiatives.

  • Synthesize qualitativeinformation toidentifykey themes and findings that shape evaluation results andactionablerecommendations.

  • Prepareevaluation reports case studies white papers and other written materialsand toolsthat support efforts to effectively communicate evaluation findingsto a variety of internal and external audiencesin a way that bolsters future program delivery and broader field-building efforts.

  • Travelapproximately onceper quarter (based on location)for meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degreeincity planning public policypublic healthurbaneconomicsor a related field that emphasizes analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information.

  • Minimum of 4 years ofprofessional experienceevaluating socialprogramsusingqualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods(e.g. survey design and implementation interviewsand focus groupscontent and theming analysiscost-benefit analysis analysis of administrative dataetc.).Advanceddegreemaysubstituteup to two (2) years of experience.

  • Experience in consulting or a similar client-focused environmentthatinvolvedsupportingmultiple projectssimultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability toanalyze andsynthesize complexand variedinformationfrom multiple sources (e.g. surveys stakeholder interviews secondary data sets)toidentifyimportantthemesand learningsthat can be applied in other contexts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in writingevaluationplansresearchreports issue briefs client-facingpresentationsand relatedwork products.

  • Strongorganizationalandproject management skills with the ability to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneouslyand withminimal supervision.

  • ProficiencywithMicrosoft Office tools.Experience with NVivoDedoose Qualtrics R or other quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis programs is highly desirable.

  • Curiosity passion for equity and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Salary Transparency

You will be joining a team of talented professionals motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is $73000 $85000. The salary rangerepresentsthe low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and location.
