About the Role
AsMealSuitecontinues to scale teams across Sales Customer Success Finance and Operationsrequireconsistent well-defined business processes supported by scalable systems. Currently process changes and system enhancements are limited to current resource capacity and are not adapting to meetMealSuitesgeneral growth pace.

Werelooking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner with departments to document current-state processes gather and translate business requirements and support the design of future-state workflows and system changes. The expected outcome is improved cross-functional alignment clearer requirements for system enhancements reduced rework and more scalable well-governed business systems.

What Youll Do

• Partner with departments to document current-state processes andidentifygaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitaterequirement-gatheringsessions and translate business needs into clear functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain process documentation system requirements and change logs to support governance and knowledge sharing.
• Support testing validation and rollout of system and process changes including user enablement and documentation.
• Establishastandardized framework for intake prioritization and documentation of system and process change requests.

What You Bring

• Experience documenting business processes and system requirementsin a growing evolving environment where processes are still being defined.
• Strong understanding of business systems concepts (CRM ERPSalesForceZenDesk).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and change management practices is a plus.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Business Analyst or similar role.
• 2 years of experience supporting system or process change initiatives in a SaaS or technology-enabled organization.
