Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation of the OpEx activities and maintain the solid OpEx culture
负责支持各类 OpEx 活动的实施维持坚实的 OpEx 文化
2. Be responsible for conduct and maintain 6S Idea Kaizen Best Practice Thanks tree program activities support to reach high people engagement level.
负责执行公司的 6S合理化建议Kaizen最佳实践感谢树等活动支持达成高的员工参与度
3. Work closely with sites OpEx ambassadors for communicate & implement OpEx activities involve in variety improvement project. Maintain high OpEx continue improvement culture
和公司内的 OpEx 大使紧密合作沟通并执行给中 OpEx 的活动积极参与各类持续改进活动或项目维持公司较高的 OpEx 持续改进文化环境
4. Provide types of OpEX training(Lean 5s reduce wasting visual management etc.) & support with the guidance
在指导下为公司各个部门提供各种 OPEX 相关的培训(Lean 5s 减少浪费 目视化管理等)和支持
5. Be responsible for establish and maintain OpEx variety data(SharePoint etc) and keep optimization with guidance.
在指导下负责搭建和维护 OpEx SharePoint 等相关的数据并不断优化
任职条件Qualifications
文化程度 Education学历/专业 Diploma Degree and Major:
Bachelor degree or above (Engineering/technical industry engineering/ Manufacturing process engineering is preferred)
本科及以上学历(工程技术专业工业工程制造工艺工程等相关专业优先)
任职经验 Working Experience:
02 years work experience in manufacture management or continuous improvement background in medical is preferred. No working experience need has high major matching level and very good performance in school period
02年制造技术管理或持续改进工作经验有医疗背景者优先应届毕业生需要专业契合度高且比较优秀
计算机及外语水平 Computer & Language Skill:
Good in oral and written English
良好的英语沟通和书写能力
能力要求 Competency:
Be positive and passion willing to share good communication and coordination.

Have team spirit and good performance under pressure
