Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct quality control tests on materials and products.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quality control testing equipment.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand walk and use hands to handle or feel.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
