Senior Test Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced test manager in our test team. This role focuses on developing new capabilities with responsibilities in test enablement new tooling recipe development and analysis to support decisions. This role works withing th ebroader photonics organization.

Responsibilities:

• Improve system throughput and capabilities for electrical and optical test focused on wafer and edge coupling platforms.
• Develop circuit level test capability and extend to high speed yield capable testing.
• Increase tool throughput and availability by designing improved hardware and software.
• Design repair plans for complex failures and proactive monitoring solutions to avoid issues.
• Work with component development engineers and extend capabilities and improve high volume testing.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field; Phd preferred
• 10 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Photonic test or characterization especially at wafer scale/probe scale.
  • Electronic RF and photonic IC testing.
  • Lab and production scale practice in imaging and fiber measurement.
  • Experience with software development and software management and planning.
  • Experience working with engineers and technologists in R&D and NPI environments.
