Rehab Technician

As a Rehab Tech you will:

• Delegate direct or indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a physical therapist occupational therapist speech language pathologist or other licensed/registered clinicians.
• Treatment set-up and take-down.
• Patient scheduling.
• Filing.
• Stocking supplies.
• Tracking data.
• Equipment maintenance and cleaning.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous rehab experience in outpatient inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements-Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

We are currently looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapy Rehab Tech to work on varied weekdays. This position initially requires 1012 hours per week with the potential for additional hours as the program grows.
