Job Summary:
Provides analytical support for management and program tracking project and program status financial matters and ensures compliance with DOE guidelines. Assesses and makes recommendations on local and site-specific reporting needs analyzes problems and reconciles data entries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Track project and program status and financial matters
- Ensure compliance with DOE guidelines and regulations
- Assess and make recommendations on local and site-specific reporting needs
- Analyze organizational problems and develop solutions
- Reconcile data entries and ensure data accuracy
- Support management with analytical studies and reports
- Provide process improvement recommendations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Public Administration or a related field 5 years relevant experience in management analysis or consulting
- Equivalency:Associates Degree 7 years relevant experience; OR 9 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations
- Knowledge of business process design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
