Job Responsibilities:
- Grant access to individuals newly hired into the organization once receiving the necessary approvals.
- Terminate employee access from all systems when they separate from the company.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Create and verify backups of data.
- Respond to and resolve all system administrator requests.
Job Requirements:
- One year of previous experience in system administration is preferred.
- Associate or higher degree in a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Windows 11 preferred
- Ability to learn new software systems and interact well with co-workers and Napleton employees.
- Basic understanding of software systems and data entry preferred.
- Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
- Occasional travel (mostly local) required.
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
