Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing specialist to drive our digital growth and manage the marketing team. The role focuses on LinkedIn growth lead generation influencer outreach and weekly webinars while also building effective campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on digital marketing execution with the ability to guide and organize a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and engage the company s LinkedIn presence to create sales opportunities.
Lead outreach campaigns (messages email influencer & podcast connections).
Organize and promote weekly webinars and digital events.
Build sales contact lists and support sales team needs.
Develop and manage promotional campaigns across social media & digital platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Monitor campaign performance report KPIs and suggest improvements.
Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
1 3 years of experience in digital /B2B marketing.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn digital campaigns and influencer outreach.
Experience in managing or mentoring a small team.
Familiarity with CRM & marketing tools (Zoho HubSpot or similar).
Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills
