The Role: You will provide a gold-standard HR service managing the nuances of independent school contracts and the unique requirements of the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI).
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with ISI safer recruitment standards and managing the complex vetting requirements for boarding staff.
Payroll & Pensions: Overseeing the monthly payroll run and administering the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) and LGPS.
CPD Coordination: Working with the Bursar to manage the professional development budget for non-teaching staff.
