About the role
Were looking for a Senior/Expert SAP HCM Consultant focused on Employee Centraladjacent Time Management & Payroll to support and evolve Newmonts landscape. Youll handle support (break/fix minor enhancements) design/build/config and deep PCRs/Schemas work for Time Evaluation and Payroll ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day support: break/fix how-to guidance minor enhancements monitoring testing.
Design build and configure solutions aligned to business processes and application requirements.
Develop and maintain PCRs & Schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll.
Work across CATS (Positive & Negative Time) within S/4HANA environments.
Prepare test evidence and collaborate with business for UAT; ensure documentation and KT.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Payroll Ops HRIS Integrations) to secure stable releases.
Must-have qualifications
58 years hands-on with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
Proven experience providing support (break/fix how-to minor change requests monitoring testing).
Strong background designing/building/configuring SAP HCM solutions to meet business needs.
Deep experience with PCRs/Schemas for Time Evaluation & Payroll.
5 full implementations in S/4HANA with CATS (Positive & Negative Time).
Technical experience in SAP HCM Payroll for USA (Taxes Benefits Vacations) level P3.
Self-driven able to prioritize/multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Advanced English for daily collaboration and documentation.
