Your responsibilities as an SEN TA will include:
Delivering personalised support to pupils with SEN ensuring access to lessons and activities
Supporting pupils to engage in learning and achieve academic and personal goals
Collaborating with class teachers to adapt teaching methods and resources for individual pupils
Implementing strategies outlined in EHCPs individual support plans and behaviour plans
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation social skills and behaviour management
Assisting with transitions between lessons playground supervision and lunchtime support
Observing recording and reporting pupil progress and behaviour
Providing feedback to teachers SENCO and external specialists
Supporting pupils with personal care where required maintaining dignity and respect
Encouraging independence while offering structured guidance
