The ECT Experience The schools PE induction is highly practical and immersive designed to help you balance classroom theory with high-energy coaching.
Structured Coaching: You will be mentored by a senior PE lead who will help you develop your techniques across a wide range of sports.
Professional Study: Protected time each week to focus on the ECF modules with a specific focus on the biomechanics and sports psychology aspects of the curriculum.
Departmental Integration: You will be a full member of the PE team from day one involved in all aspects of fixture planning and departmental strategy.
The Role & Department You will deliver high-quality PE lessons across the secondary age range and take a proactive role in the schools competitive fixtures.
Theory Teaching: Delivering the academic components of GCSE and A-Level PE utilizing the schools high-spec fitness suite and testing equipment.
Elite Performance: Coaching school teams in Netball Hockey and Athletics and managing regional tournaments.
Salary Range:(M1 UPS3)
