Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Content / UX Writer to lead content creation and strategy across digital banking platforms. The role focuses on producing clear user-focused content for web mobile and other digital channels informed by research and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and management of digital content across platforms
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with UX researchers marketing and engineering teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
Mentor and guide junior writers to maintain high content quality
Present content concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders
Support content decisions with user research and analytics
Requirements:
5 years of experience in copywriting / UX writing with a strong portfolio
Bachelors or Masters degree in English Communications Journalism or equivalent
Proficiency in writing tools and CMS platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO principles content strategy and accessibility (WCAG)
Experience in legal/regulatory content for banking or financial services
Familiarity with UX research data analytics Agile and design thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
