Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager / Epic Owner for internal projects for one of our client in Ludvika. You will lead medium-to-large moderately complex projects or Epics (in SAFe setup) ensuring scope quality financial time safety and contractual compliance. You will manage cross-functional teams drive operational excellence support project reviews coordinate solutions across domains champion process improvements and act as a mentor/leader in the Operations Management team. This role requires advanced expertise in project/epic management strong operational knowledge and the ability to work independently with limited supervision while coaching others.

What Youll Do

Lead execution of projects/Epics to meet scope quality budget time safety and contractual goals
Apply gate model or SAFe framework for governance and delivery
Support project reviews from operational perspective
Facilitate cross-functional dialogue between Control & Protection and other departments
Drive continuous improvement in processes and operational models
Coordinate solutions across domains/disciplines
Mentor team members and provide leadership
Track operational issues process updates and share knowledge
Interface with Product Owners Area Managers and other stakeholders

Who You Are

Minimum 6 years of project management experience in Electronics product development (Hardware Software FPGA Mechanics) (ideally complex projects)
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field or another technical degree with 1015 years relevant experience
Certified Senior Project Manager PMP IPMA Level B/C SAFe Agilist Scrum Master Product Owner or Product Manager
Must have EPC experience.
Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written mandatory)
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
