Extrusion Blow Molder

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and troubleshooting extrusion blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up operate and adjust extrusion blow molding machines

• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency

• Perform mold changes material changes and machine startups/shutdowns

• Troubleshoot process machine and material issues

• Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain process documentation and production records

• Perform basic machine maintenance and preventive checks

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and production standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Proven experience as an Extrusion Blow Molder

• Knowledge of extrusion blow molding processes and equipment

• Experience with plastics such as HDPE LDPE PP

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues

• Understanding of quality standards and production metrics

• Willingness to work shifts in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with multi-head or accumulator blow molding machines

• Mechanical or technical certification

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
