Job Summary

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and enhance the Application Portfolio Management (APM) module focusing on workflows automation business rules and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with PMO and business stakeholders to translate demand and intake requirements into effective system configurations ensuring streamlined processes accurate data structures and strong visibility into portfolio demand and performance.

Job Description:

Configure the Application Portfolio Management module including forms fields scoring models and lifecycle stages.
Build and modify workflows including approvals routing logic scoring automation and integration with Portfolio and Project workflows.
Develop custom business rules client scripts UI actions and script includes to support tailored business logic for demand intake and evaluation.
Design and implement Flow Designer or Workflow Editor automation to streamline demand creation updates assessments and transitions.
Work with PMO and business stakeholders to translate intake requirements into system functionality and iterative configuration updates.
Configure and maintain APM data structures.
Create reports and dashboards to support demand pipeline visibility approvals and KPIs (e.g. volume throughput prioritization capacity impacts).
Manage update sets environment migrations and testing cycles to ensure proper deployment of configured functionality.
Document functional designs configuration details and workflow logic to support maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Participate in requirement refinement workshops demos and iterative design sessions with business and technical team
