Ability to work independently and self-directed
Fluent in English
Valid U.S. Drivers License with clean driving record

Experience using Sitetracker mobile system
Experience performing quality inspections using checklists
Ability to direct contractor activities in the field
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Collect and report daily vendor and construction activities
Monitor fiber optic plant construction to ensure compliance with customer and manufacturer standards (SRP)
Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and address project manager or customer concerns
Perform quality inspections on ongoing and completed work using Sitetracker and established checklists
Report daily production and support material inventory consumption
Enforce safety rules and ensure adherence to governing authority requirements

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid U.S. Drivers License with clean driving record
Ability to travel locally and live within 1 hour of Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day and wear required PPE
