Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) CMDB Asset Lifecycle Management and Discovery. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow platform development experience strong JavaScript/Glide scripting skills and a proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITAM CMDB and Asset Management
Configure and customize ServiceNow Discovery including integrations with third-party tools
Develop and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs
Build and manage Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies and Workflows
Implement REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Design and execute data transformation and ETL processes using Transform Maps
Implement data normalization reconciliation and enrichment to ensure CMDB and asset data accuracy
Support and enhance third-party integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Strong hands-on experience with:
ITAMCMDBAsset Lifecycle ManagementServiceNow DiscoveryExpert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting
Solid understanding of ServiceNow REST APIs
Experience with data transformation ETL and Transform Maps
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Nice to have
CIS IT Asset Management (CIS-ITAM) Nice to have
