Job Summary:

- Minimum 7 years of software development experience required
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development
- Proficient in JavaScript and HTML for full stack capabilities
- Strong SQL skills working with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with messaging technologies (Kafka IBM MQ or ActiveMQ)
- Familiarity with Git-based source control systems (GitHub or GitLab)
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior developers and influencing technical decisions
- Responsible for designing and developing scalable applications based on business needs
- Expected to establish coding standards and contribute to architecture decisions
- Provide Level 3 production support as needed
- Build automation monitoring and self-healing capabilities
- Preferred experience with: JPA/Hibernate Kubernetes Docker Azure GitLab CI/CD Angular/React/Vue Python and agent-based AI
- Work with modern technical stack: Java 21 Spring Boot JPA Azure Docker Kubernetes GitHub Copilot JavaScript/Angular
- Use IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code
