Job Summary

Job Title: Data / Cloud Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C

Job Description:
We are looking for a Data / Cloud Engineer to build and support data streaming APIs and integrations across On-prem OpenShift and AWS environments with strong automation and CI/CD practices.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
Experience managing data streaming & APIs in OpenShift (On-prem) and AWS
Strong AWS cloud experience (primary cloud)
Proficiency in Python or Java Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell) and SQL
Experience with Kafka / real-time streaming / event-driven architectures
Hands-on with Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift
Experience building Microservices & API architecture
Strong knowledge of CI/CD & automation (Jenkins Ansible automated testing deployments)
Experience integrating systems across On-prem AWS and third-party tools
Experience with databases (Oracle DB2 MySQL or similar)
Strong debugging troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have (Optional)
AWS services: Aurora Glue Redshift
BI / Analytics exposure
Airline industry experience
