About the role:
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join Fitelos growing creative team. You will work closely with marketing growth and content teams to create high-impact videos that drive engagement conversions and brand recall across digital platforms.
This role goes beyond basic editing-youll shape compelling visual stories experiment with AI-powered workflows and bring products to life through motion graphics and animations. If you enjoy blending creativity with performance marketing and want your work to directly impact business growth this role is for you.
Specifically this role will involve:

Editing high-quality videos for ads social media YouTube and brand campaigns

Creating motion graphics animations and product explainers for Fitelo products
-
Developing performance-driven video creatives for paid platforms such as Meta and Google
-
Handling end-to-end post-production including cuts transitions color correction sound design and visual effects
-
Using AI tools to enhance speed creativity and production quality in video workflows
-
Collaborating with marketing growth and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives
-
Creating multiple creative variations based on performance insights and feedback

Maintaining organized project files and ensuring timely delivery of all assigned work
Ideal candidate will have:

2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
-
Working knowledge of Photoshop for thumbnails frames and creatives
-
Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing animation or visual enhancement
-
Strong understanding of storytelling pacing and performance-oriented video content
-
Experience working with D2C brands performance marketing teams or agencies (preferred)
-
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design Media Animation or a related field

Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
