MS / TELE step down from ICU no vents or pressor support drips we can take: heparin cardizem amiodarone sotolol initiation telemetry Need ER holding exp Must have 1 year of EPIC Experience. Floating w/in the hospital is required based on skill set. Must have TN active license and BLS ACLS NIHSS certificates.
