Overall experience in 14
Would have a minimum of 8 years of testing and test management experience
Ability to innovate and transform services
Strong experience in retail domain Digital experience eComm OMS Mobile apps
Experience in test automation is required
Strong understanding of performance and security testing
Retail Marktech is added advantage
Strong test management experience
Strong customer facing skills
Ability to manage intergroup dynamics and coordination
Strong people management skills including offshore team
