| 3-5 Must Haves | Role Overview / Must-Have Requirements: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expertise: 5 years of overall digital analytics experience including 2-3 years of hands-on CJA implementation experience. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including data ingestion XDM schema design and Identity Services. Proven experience leading technical transitions from Adobe Analytics to CJA. Hands-on experience building and validating CJA Connections and configuring advanced Data Views. Advanced CJA skills including creation of complex filters calculated metrics derived fields segments and visualizations. |
Required Skills : Required Skills Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expertise (Adobe CJA strongly preferred) Data architecture and modeling for customer journey and behavioral data Data integration experience (web mobile CRM CDP transactional data) Analytics and BI tools (Adobe Analytics BI platforms dashboards reporting) Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Tag management and data collection knowledge (Adobe Launch / similar) Cloud data platforms (Snowflake BigQuery Redshift etc.) Understanding of digital customer journeys across channels Ability to partner with marketing product and BI teams Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights Nice to Have Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP experience Retail or e-commerce analytics background Data governance and privacy compliance knowledge
