Role Reqs:
Deep Understanding of Scrum Framework: Thorough knowledge of Scrum values principles practices and roles.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Kanban Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework.

The ability to adapt and blend practices based on the teams and organizations needs is crucial.

Effective Facilitator: Proven ability to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective) and other team meetings.
Coaching & Mentoring: Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams on agile principles and practices.

Required Skills : Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Kanban Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework. The ability to adapt and blend practices based on the teams and organizations needs is crucial. Agile Metrics & Reporting: Ability to track and interpret key agile metrics (e.g. velocity burndown charts cycle time) Financial Services is crucial here.
