3-5 Must Haves	Strong IAM experience (large Enterprise IAM focus; Azure AD exposure) Experience working within a PMO environment and reporting to leaders on high visibility/high risk initiatives Able to operate independently and escalate to senior leadership accordingly

Required Skills : Experience: Senior-level Project Manager with a proven track record leading complex enterprise-scale programs Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with exposure to Azure AD and Enterprise IAM practices. Broad technical understanding across: Infrastructure and infrastructure engineering Cloud platforms (AWS) Networking security-adjacent systems and large-scale enterprise architecture Capable of understanding how complex initiatives intersectbeyond narrow specialization. Demonstrated success delivering fixed-deadline initiatives outside of Agile-centric delivery models.
