has a client in Houston TX that is seeking a highly skilled Developer IV experienced with modern web technologies and cloud-based application development.

Responsibilities:

Develop modern responsive web applications and sites that engage and retain users

Bridge the gap between design and implementation delivering solutions such as collaboration tools portals enterprise search mobile functionality and interactive forms

Work within an Agile/Scrum delivery model in a dynamic and diverse technical environment

Ensure cross-browser compatibility responsive design SEO readiness and optimal site performance

Provide guidance on web development best practices governance and standards

Integrate social media and mobile functionality into applications and websites

Partner closely with Quality Assurance to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes

Conduct benefit analyses for proposed IT solutions and contribute to technology strategy recommendations

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends tools and innovations in web application development

Demonstrate creativity and offer new ideas to enhance user experience and technical solutions

Supervise or mentor staff when assigned including participating in recruiting and performance reviews

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) * The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise 8 or newer AWS and Angular with a passion for creating dynamic responsive and scalable web applications Technical Requirements: Mastery of modern web technologies including: * HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript * JS frameworks such as jQuery AngularJS Foundation and Bootstrap * JSON * Adobe Photoshop and related graphic editing tools Strong knowledge of: * Responsive web layout design and mobile interfaces * Cross-browser behavior compatibility issues and testing strategies * SEO concepts and coding techniques for search engine optimization * REST APIs AJAX XML (XSD XSL XPATH) MVC frameworks template engines * CSS3 animations * Experience with source control tools (Git SVN TFS) * Rapid prototyping skills with the ability to present design/functionality concepts * Advanced object-oriented programming skills in /C# PHP and Ruby * Strong relational database modeling and SQL scripting expertise * Ability to create reusable JavaScript libraries and components * Ability to configure and host sites using IIS and Apache * Willingness to travel to off-site locations as needed
