Requirement description :
- 2 years current Physical Therapy experience REQUIRED
- NO NEW GRADS
- Outpatient experience REQUIRED
- Inpatient experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Physical Therapy skills checklist REQUIRED
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past year of employment REQUIRED
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIREDDOCUMENT
- License verification REQUIREDDOCUMENT
- All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission
