Job Summary

Shift times are start between 7 to 8am and go to 4 to 5pm. Hospital: Catholic Medical Center Location: Manchester NH Address: 100 McGregor Street Unit Name: Physical Therapy IP Building: Cost Center:762 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 330 Patient Ratios : 10 patients/8-hour day Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PT OT ST Therapy Director Type of equipment: basic rehab equipment portable parallel bars portable stairs Sara Stedy ceiling lifts hpyer lifts Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts Scheduling requirements: 1 weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours (current needs are Monday through Friday) Floating policy: all inpatient units as well as the ED are covered by this department we do not cover NICU patients Patient Experience requirements: Acute Care experience (we see higher volumes of cardiac vascular and orthopedic patients) Vestibular experience preferred but not required Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: NH Physical Therapy License BLS certification Advanced skills needed: Vestibular experience preferred but not required Procedures performed on unit: evaluations and treatment Certifications Required: none required Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs no specific color required Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
