Job Summary

Summary: St Anthony Womens clinic is looking for 1-2 experienced NP/PA midwives with hospital experience to provide backup call and see patients in clinic.

Rate caps for submission:

Daily $For all hours worked per shift

Holiday Daily - $For all hours worked per shift

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with weeknight call and 24 hour weekend call 1 week per month

Shifts per month: 10

Start date: As soon as credentialed

Setting: Womens Clinic

FTE: 1.0

Duties:

IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal

Prenatal care including routine OB checks and management of normal pregnancies

Natural deliveries and emergency deliveries in collaboration with the on-call physician

Postpartum care and patient education

Routine reproductive health care including pelvic exams and Pap tests

Birth control counseling and contraceptive management

Provides care for all females ages

Full-scope women s health services excluding endoscopic procedures

Required Procedures: Assist with C Section with OBGYN

EMR: Meditech on hospital side Centricity on birth center eclinical on clinic side

Support Staff: Medical Assistants for clinic RN in clinic RN on hospital side

Reason for Coverage: need midwives to assist with coverage for rotating OBGYNs coverage for call and seeing patients

Deal breakers: No new grads or home birth only midwives. must have experience working as midwife in hospital.

Air Travel: Local no flights Preferred
