Job Summary

GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area. Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital. Requirements: Epic Experice. We are going to be switching EMRs from Meditech to Epic during this Assignment. Must be available to work evening/weekend call rotations. Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program Colorado Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing. Minimum of 3 years nursing (RN) experience. PACU/CCU experience. BLS ACLS and PALS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
