- Hands on experience in implementing Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies for internal applications.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust framework least privilege access
User to app segmentation skills: - Experience creating and fine-tuning App Segments.
- Modify existing configuration to meet business use cases and requirements.
- Knowledge of migration from broad access to granular user to app segmentation without impact.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing ZPA App Connectors
- Understanding of ZPA Private Service Edge (PSE). Experience in deployment will be added advantage
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using ZPA logs
- Zscaler certifications EDU-200 or EDU-202 will be a plus.

- Strong understanding of networking principles VPN Concepts security protocols and cloud security concepts.
- Familiarity with Zscaler products and services including ZIA Zscaler Internet Access ZPA Zscaler Private Access and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).
- Implementation skills on ZPA Application data collection Segmentation access controls etc
- Create manage and enforce ZPA policies for various security aspects like port restrictions and access restrictions
- Experience in creating managing and enforcing security policies Sub-Cloud GRE/IPSEC Tunnel and locations.
- Manage user and group access to Zscaler services assigning roles and permissions to control what users can access.
- Monitor Zscaler platform performance generate custom reports and analyse security events.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Zscaler.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of relevant security compliance regulations and standards.
- 24x7 availability & performance monitoring L2/L3 support and SLA management.
- Incident Service Request and Change & Configuration management.
