JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview:

The Junior SAP Security Analyst will support Clients ongoing S/4HANA migration by handling high volume day to day SAP security operations. This role focuses on ticket resolution user provisioning basic troubleshooting and quarterly access review follow ups. The junior analysts will help stabilize production while the senior team focuses on SOD risk remediation and S/4/Fiori role redesign.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volume SAP security tickets including missing access new account creation and access changes

Perform user provisioning deprovisioning and role assignments

Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53 SUIM and related tools

Support quarterly User Access Reviews (UARs) and perform follow up remediation work

Process access-related requests through the organizations ticketing system

Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure consistent application of security standards

Document changes maintain audit trail accuracy and follow established approval workflows

Assist with testing during role redesign or new rollout cycles

Coordinate with CapGem support teams as needed during production support phases

Required Experience:

1 3 years of SAP Security experience (ECC or S/4HANA)

Hands on experience with user provisioning and access troubleshooting

Strong ability to read and analyze SU53 SUIM and basic auth traces

Experience working with any enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow Remedy Jira SolMan etc.)

Understanding of SAP roles and profiles at a basic level

Familiarity with SOD concepts (not responsible for remediation)

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Fiori tile or catalog access troubleshooting

Experience using SAP GRC Access Request Management (ARM)

Prior support during SAP go live or hypercare phases
