Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1) 3-5 years of technical experience in ServiceNow HRSD Virtual Agent
2) At least 2 implementation experiences of ServiceNow HRSD. Hands-on experience in implementing core HRSD features like HR Case Management Employee Center HR Integrations Agent workspace Virtual Agents and Lifecycle Events (Onboarding Offboarding)
3) Experience in building integrations with HR systems such as: Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM PeopleSoft ADP
4) Extensive experience in the design and implementation of Business Rules Data Dictionary UI Actions UI Policies Client Scripts and Validations Scripts Fix scripts Scheduled jobs Events Notifications Email scripts Reports Dashboards PA Indicators Widgets
5) Strong experience in working on user interface applications and professional web applications using HTML CSS JavaScript and XML.
6) Experience in working on integrations and data loads using Import Sets transformation maps SOAP and REST web services. Strong experience in working with Scripted Web services Script Includes.
7) Knowledge of latest GenAi (Now Assist) and Agentic AI working ability to understand the technicalities how Agent work and apply for creating demos/solutions

1. Build ServiceNow solution using ServiceNow HRSD Virtual Agent
2. Design and implement Business Rules ACL Data Dictionary UI Actions UI Policies Client Scripts and Validations Scripts Fix scripts Scheduled jobs Events Notifications Email scripts Reports Dashboards PA Indicators Widgets
8) Build integrations with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM PeopleSoft ADP corestone MS-Teams Docusign
3. Build Test and Deploy solutions/code using ServiceNow glide script HTML CSS JavaScript and XML
4. Build Service Catalog Orchestration and Automation workflow using Flow designer.
5. Work closely with stakeholders such as business analysts and users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
6. Design configure and develop virtual agent conversations using ServiceNows Virtual Agent Designer incorporating relevant skills decision trees intents and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities.
7. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the virtual agents interface is visually appealing intuitive and aligned with the organizations branding guidelines.
8. Utilize Virtual Agent capabilities within ServiceNow to automate and streamline business processes.
