PS12126 - Maintenance Technician

Pay: $65000 - 85000/year Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join a stable and well established leader in the precision plastics and tooling industry. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability of production equipment supporting continuous operations and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards while driving ongoing improvements across the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines auxiliary equipment and tooling systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Support mold changeovers press setups and ensure equipment readiness for production.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities spare parts usage and equipment performance.
Assist in commissioning new equipment and integrating upgrades into existing systems.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols ISO standards and company quality systems.

Qualification:

3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics or injection molding preferred).
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
