Project Manager ( Marketing Technology (MarTech) stacks and initiatives )
Location: Phoenix AZ or New york NY ( 5 days a week onsite )
Duration: 12 Months COntract
Job Description
* Possesses experience in the overall responsibility for structuring a project performing the detailed planning and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects.
* Defines the phase deliverables tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses schedules roles and resources evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans
* Manages the development of the technical strategy
* Assigns resources and tasks and manages quality assurance resolution of issues status reviews and reporting development of standards change control customer support and compliance with all policies and procedures.
* Facilitate workshops to educate customers on how to use the suite of Business Tools Have sound business knowledge of the programs strategic direction and participate in program plan strategy.
* Review appropriate performance measurements and implement corrective actions while leveraging the full set of services and resources within the program to achieve contracted service level objectives
* Accountable for tracking and controlling contract requirements and compliance and are responsible for the contract management process.
* Manage customer satisfaction business controls customer interface procurement and deliverables.
* Responsible for successful project delivery and helping the customers realize the business benefits the product brings to AMEX. The Project Manager can typically manage between three and four projects.
* Delivering what has been sold within the agreed time table budget and quality metrics. Assisting customers to achieve the expected business benefits and direct project delivery through progress tracking scope management and risk assessment and management
* In charge of resource planning estimating and budgeting
* Managing the full deployment team
* Provide subject matter expertise when relevant
* Day-to-day point of contact for client; day-to-day leader of internal working team
Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field
* 5 years of project management experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance.
* 2 years or more experience in managing cloud (SaaS) projects.
* Financial acumen with solid understanding of project financial metrics
* Project Management Institute (PMI) certified or equivalent project management certification (includes Agile Champion Certification)
