This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise workflow platforms strong analytical and facilitation capabilities and the ability to advise influence and communicate effectively across the organization.
2 5 years of relevant work experience ideally within work management process optimization enterprise tooling or technology operations.
Deep expertise with enterprise workflow and collaboration tools; preferred platforms include:
Jira
Jira Service Management
Confluence
Smartsheet
(Experience with Workfront or ServiceNow also considered valuable)
Proficiency in multiple delivery and work management methodologies such as:
Lean
Kanban
Scrum
Project based work
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Hands on experience with workflow or process mapping.
Strong communication skills with the ability to advise influence and communicate change across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise level change initiatives (preferred but not required).
