Lead from the Front: Coordinate crews to meet deadlines and maintain elite quality standards.
Mentor & Develop: Coach and support your team to improve performance and skills.
Ensure Excellence: Conduct site inspections and ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate: Partner with management to keep complex projects on track.

The Essentials:

Hands-on Leadership: You lead the crew but youre also ready to jump in and work.
Total Flexibility: Night and overnight shifts are required.
Reliability: Valid DL and clean background/drug screen required.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a focus on safety.
