Job Summary

Retail Training Specialist / Travel Retail Coordinator

Location: Miami FL 33132 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)

Work Schedule: Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $29.01/hr. W2 All Inclusive

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a junior to intermediate-level candidate who can primarily support retail training initiatives and in-store visual/marketing execution across the Americas (LATAM & NA).

The role involves training in-store staff on clients product and brand knowledge and supporting the marketing manager with in-store visual refresh processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training

Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values products and key selling points
Adapt training content based on store team needs
Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management

Marketing Support

Support in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines
Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
Ensure all stores have the most updated brand visuals
Maintain and update the brand visuals database

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English and Spanish required (Portuguese is a plus)
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
Ability to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information
Basic understanding of marketing branding or visual merchandising principles
Strong time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED BACKGROUND (NON-MANDATORY)

Familiarity with Travel Retail category (not required)
Experience interfacing with customers and external agencies
Intermediate-level professional experience preferred due to external-facing responsibilities
